Mariposa Family Learning Center provides high-quality, nurturing, and comprehensive early childhood care and supportive family programming, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

We respond to the individual needs of children and their families. Understanding their unique situations ensures that we provide the appropriate support necessary for learning and growth.

Financial and volunteer support is core to our work, as is the connection to Mariposa families and our neighborhood. The community formed through this generosity and interaction helps families become stronger, healthier, and more self-sufficient.
Our Philosophy
Guided by the Child
Our children are curious and creative. At Mariposa we encourage that curiosity and creativity to help children grow and learn. Our teachers work with our students every day to understand interests and develop nature based,immersive billingual lessons and themes that guide students through actitivies that meet their needs.

We accept CCS and Texas Worksource Subsidies.
Mariposa FLC provides tuition subsidies to income-eligible families (Income based child care). Please contact us for more information about enrollment.
